Welcome to the HanzOn Tractor Driving Logbook.

This Logbook is designed to help all tractor drivers, whether new to the role or more experienced, track and manage their driving experience through the Tractor Driving Logbook. It offers the opportunity to build a verified record of skills and on-the-job learning, showcasing your growth over time.

Below are the key roles in the program:

Trainee

Trainees are individuals working in tractor driving, regardless of their level of experience. They use the Tractor Driving Logbook to record their daily activities, building a verified log of their skills and progress. This logbook is essential for supporting the primary ITO micro-credential. Trainees can track their development and reflect on their work experience, with access only to their own profile.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Log daily tractor driving tasks
    • Track personal progress through the logbook

Mentor / Trainer

The Mentor/Trainer is an experienced individual who guides and supports the trainees. They provide hands-on training, correct mistakes, and ensure trainees progress effectively. Mentors and trainers manage trainee records and confirm progress, with full access to all trainee profiles. Trainers who run the course have the same permissions as mentors, including viewing all trainee records.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Guide and train trainees
    • Confirm trainee records and oversee all profiles
    • View all trainee profiles and manage progress
    • Group Reports: Hanzon can generate group reports if needed.
